      <title>Calming</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;My session in the floatation tank on Saturday was interesting. It didn't feel as intense or strange as I remember previous sessions feeling. One problem I will have to address if I do it again is neck &amp;amp; shoulder tension. Maybe I should get a message first.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What I have noticed is that the calm sensation I brought out of the tank seems to have persisted and I feel less anxious and worried about things that normally agitate me. I have no idea why this should be so but am enjoying this unusual period of grace.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow I am flying out to Verona for a &lt;a href="http://reeplay.it/"&gt;company&lt;/a&gt; meeting. It's a tough life...&lt;/p&gt;</description>
