Toolbars galore

I pushed another small update to Diffly to auto-update customers in the form of 0.8.3. This adds toolbar items for select & deselect as well as a filter field that lets you narrow down the items you want to work with. That's probably most handy if you are working in a large working copy. There are also two small adjustments in that adding & reverting now refresh the entire tree. Adding because if you add a folder Subversion will add all the files under that folder, previously you'd have to manually refresh to see them. Reverting because, well, the file won't be there any more! Assuming none of the auto-update guinea pigs report any problems I'll update the website version over the weekend.

I have just one more feature I plan to add before I call it 1.0 and that's the ability to hide files with changes. This is something I've wanted from time to time where I have made a local change that I want, but don't plan to check in and don't want to risk checking in by accident. I think Subversion even supports this through the [Global Ignore] runtime option. There is a wrinkle however in that I want it to notice if the file has been changed since it was added to the hidden files list in case I made a new change that I do want to check in.

I've registered another Google Code project for Diffly. I think 1.0 would be a fitting time to make it open source.
