I am very pleased to report that my good friend Terry Frazier has launched the beta of Nearline Publishers, Inc. which aim to help consultants, speakers, and knowledge professionals publish themselves using the new blended media enabled by the web.

I've already read one of the e-books produced by Nearlines first author, Mitch Byers, titled Salary Negotiations RX and I thought it was a knock-out. After reading that book I felt prepared and confident when it came to negotiating my remuneration with Cominded. If you're in the market for a new job I can whole-heartedly recommend reading it and I bet the interview book is also worthwhile.

Nearline has been a dream of Terry's for several years and I've watched him battle and overcome many challenges in that time. It takes a lot for one man to bootstrap a new business concept alone but he's done it. Well done man! I'm looking forward, with confidence, to Nearline being a great success!
