And I'm not just talking about all the Flash bollocks on their oh-so-pretty-useless main site. Their support site is, if you can imagine it, worse.

For one thing it can't remember who I am from one day to the next. Cookies? Sessions? Hello? Is anyone home?

And to cap it all it has lost two, time consuming to construct, tickets I've tried to submit in two days.

I login, I fill out their shitty form (which can't work out that I am using OSX and, therefore, a Mac and doesn't even list 10.5.8 let alone 10.6 but does still have Mac OS 9 great maker save us), I write a detailed bug report, I hit enter and... I am back at the goddamn login page again.

And no it didn't submit the bug. The bug is lost. And due to the way NI have implemented this useless pile of crap I can't even go back (Safari is normally very good at preserving form contents), rescue my comment, login and try again.

If the purpose of the Native Instruments website is to annoy, frustrate, irritate, and generally make the life of any poor sod hapless enough to have to use it as painful as possible then BRAVO NATIVE INSTRUMENTS YOU HAVE A HIT ON YOUR HANDS.

Fuck.
